Good Day/Bad Moments

Good moments of the day:

When I got up for a run, despite being basically hungover. I ran for 20 minutes, and walked the last ten minutes home.

I created a new, DELICIOUS recipe.

12 prawns (44 cals)
1/4 red pepper (2)
1/8 red onion -
1 garlic glove -
3 stalks of broccoli 10
30 ml of olive oil - 250 (next time no cals in broccoli mixture - only when sautéing the garlic and onion
1 red chilli
cannonata 1tsp 100
2 mushrooms -
1 spool of egg noodles (169)
black pepper to season

Total Calories approx. 575 ish

On reflective, I will have to cut down on the olive oil in the future, as its where most of the calories lay.

Other good points...

I got eleven hours sleep!

Moments that were not so good...


let's just say biscuits were consumed. Excuse being that I was due my hangover day. Lent is back on tomorrow.
